About Us

we are intsol construction.

We are an experienced and dedicated team who can make your vision come to life.

We have been working in the industry for over two decades. At IntSol Construction, we can guarantee the completion of every job – we do not leave a job until it is finished. Our team remain onsite all the time, ensuring we are contactable throughout the entire project.

We maintain full accountability throughout the journey and after, offering support post-completion where needed.

Our priority is scheduling regular meetings to make sure that clients feel happy, heard and have input. We take full responsibility for the job, and usually work independently, but we are also happy to work as part of a team and link with other companies. This hybrid solution means that we can operate with other builders and contractors although we also have our own.

Who we are

Artene Ghambary

I have been in the building trade for 23 years. I have completed my City and Guilds qualification in carpentry and joinery and I have been running my own business for 20 years. I have worked for myself, as well as for other companies. I have also had opportunities to oversee a wide range of projects, including working as a foreman for a number of jobs, managing all trades. Our company ethos is that we don’t advertise we rely on word-of-mouth and recommendations.

We do all types of jobs, starting off with small jobs so that we can introduce ourselves to the customer, and then eventually build up trust and rapport so that we can be trusted to do the big jobs. We try to be the type of builder where people want us to come back, rather than them feeling happy that we have gone. I will be onsite throughout the whole process, making sure that everything you asked for is completed on time, every time.

How we work

We walk our clients through the process, offering full transparency and answering any questions so that they feel comfortable at all times.

Generally, we have weekly or biweekly meetings with clients on bigger jobs to make sure everyone is on the same page and is happy with the progress. We also give advice and recommendations for saving money, where needed. We don’t like to book too many jobs at once, as it becomes impersonal for the client, and we want you to feel prioritised.

We are proud to work with a number of charities and youth organizations as a way of giving back to the community, and maintaining their buildings and sites. We also source any trades that we don’t have in-house, but are still responsible for their work.
